G.P. Juguilon Lending Inc. offers secured short-term loans with fixed interest rates and minimal requirements. Loan amounts and terms are designed for manageable repayments over an agreed period.

💼 Salary Loans

For eligible employees with at least one year of continuous employment with their current company and post-dated checks. Repayments are initiated by the borrower. A co-maker is required.

🏭 Business Loans

For business owners who need short-term funding to support operations or manage cash flow. Loan amounts and repayment terms are discussed during the inquiry process. A co-maker is required.

Interest is calculated using a fixed monthly rate of 3.5 interest plus 1.5% charge, applied as simple interest based on the principal and loan term. For example, a PHP 20,000 loan over 4 months carries PHP 1,000 per month in interest, or PHP 4,000 total.
No. Only the stated interest applies. There are no hidden charges or additional costs beyond the agreed interest.
Individuals or small businesses within our service area (National Capital Region) may inquire, subject to eligibility requirements. For salary loans, applicants must be regularly employed for at least one year. For business loans, the applicant must be an active business owner in the local area.
For Salary Loans:
  • Borrower-controlled payments, checks, or borrower-iniated bank transfer
  • Two (2) valid Government-issued IDs (prepare a photocopy of both front and back of the IDs)
  • Most recent Certificate of Employment
  • Two (2) latest Certified pay-slips (must include printed name, signature, and cellphone number of the signing officer)
  • Barangay Clearance with complete address and no complaints filed; Purpose: Loan
  • Signed agreement with co-maker

For Business Loans (subject to business evaluation):
  • Postdated checks with active account
  • Two (2) valid Government-issued IDs (prepare a photocopy of both front and back of the IDs).

  • Barangay Clearance with complete address and no complaint filed
  • Signed agreement with co-maker
Repayments are made according to the agreed schedule — daily, weekly, twice a month (15th and 30th), or monthly. The schedule is set based on your salary cycle and confirmed before loan release.
